What if...?

At a crucial moment in his life, Jesus knelt in prayer at the Garden of Gethsemane. What did he pray for? Ultimately, his prayer was for the will of God to be done. We have to assume he trusted in this solid truth: the Father knew what Jesus needed. Whatever you are going through, whatever you are praying for, how would this question impact your prayers? What if God knows what you need? How would this impact your expectations? How would this truth impact your day? Try thinking this through. Try journaling or talking with a friend about this perspective. WHAT IF God knows what you need?

Great reminder! I have been doing this with all the changes we've been going through but I also plan to take some focused time to specificially journal about these questions. Thanks Margaret!
